Residential Vastu, also known as Vastu Shastra, is an ancient Indian architectural science that focuses on creating spaces that resonate positively with the cosmic energy. It provides guidelines for the layout, design, and arrangement of buildings to enhance the flow of energy and create balance.

Commercial Vastu

Commercial Vastu is the art of designing and organising a commercial space to attract positive energies and eliminate negative influences. It involves the strategic placement of various elements, such as entrances, desks, and seating arrangements, to enhance productivity, financial growth, and overall well-being in the workplace.

Vastu Shastra

The term vastu comes from the Sanskrit word -’vas niwase’ meaning a habitable place.

Vastu is a science and art of exploring human potential through buildings.The application of vastu helps in achieving the purpose for which a building is made ,and applies through the planning and design of the building to achieve the same. The vedic study of the impact of a built-up environment on life is called vastu shastra .

Literally Vastu means ‘a suitable building’, for dwelling, and Shastra means ‘study’.In the contemporary world ,Vastu is designing or correcting buildings as per the ancient vastu shastra  with logical and scientific methods.
