Refund & Return Policy – Authentic Vastu

At Authentic Vastu, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Replacement

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • A return/replacement request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product.

  • Items must be in original condition, including:

    • Original packaging

    • Unused and undamaged

    • All tags and accessories intact

  • Customers must provide clear photos/videos as proof when initiating a return request.

  • The return pickup will be arranged at the same address where the item was originally delivered.

  • For missing item cases, kindly contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this period will not be entertained.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer.

  • Items not returned in their original condition or without original packaging and tags.

Return & Replacement Process

1. Initiation

Email us at authenticvastu555@gmail.com with your:

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos/videos as proof

2. Approval

Our team will review your request and update you with approval status. Upon approval, you will receive instructions for the next steps.

3. Shipping

Attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the return package and drop it off at the designated courier center.

4. Refund & Store Credit

  • All eligible returns made within 7 days will receive a Store Credit equivalent to the value of the returned item(s).

  • For refunds to the original payment method, a ₹100 processing fee will be deducted.

  • If the item was defective/damaged upon delivery, a full Store Credit refund will be issued after successful inspection.

  • Partial returns will receive Store Credit only for the returned product(s).

Replacement Policy

  • If you choose a replacement, the new item will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Replacement orders are typically dispatched within 4 days of receiving the original item.

We ensure every product meets strict quality standards. However, the effectiveness or personal benefits of Vastu-related products may vary from person to person.
Therefore, items cannot be returned or replaced based on subjective benefit-related expectations.
